Today's 2 months appt went well but ended in tears...
Kurt is now 11.31 lbs and is 23 1/4 inches long. He is in the 60th percentile..My little guy is a BIG BOY! Other than that he is developing & growing like he's supposed to and then some.Unfortunately, he had to have his 3 shots and 1 oral vaccine today. The oral vaccine he liked and wanted more of. ha! Then came the shots, 2 on one leg and 1 on the other. His cry was so sad and painful....I just couldn't help but tear up and cry with him. You'd think after your 4th child, it's all routine w/the shots, you know? But I tell you, when any of my boys have to endure any kind of pain, it just breaks my heart. Part of me thought I would be tough but oh well, guess I was wrong.
I took a picture of Dave and baby in the examination room. I will post tomorrow.
For now, it's Happy 2 months Birthday, Kurt! We love you!
