babbling Kurt

Thank God I am not a new parent. I can just imagine the joy & excitement of every new parent hearing their child say da-da for the first time and really think they're child is saying Daddy! To the new parents out there-Sorry to bust your bubbles. When your baby says dadadada repeatedly for the first time, it's not because he/she is saying Daddy. Read up on your baby book about each month of your child's development. If you don't have one, be sure to get What to Expect the First Year. It's a great book/bible on your child's monthly development. Read up at 6 months and there should be some info on the baby saying bah bah bah, ma ma ma ma or da da da da. Believe me at 6 months, sayng da da da da does NOT mean daddy!
Here's Kurt babbling away while I was reading up status updates on Facebook....
