- It was nonstop until today! We went straight to San Francisco after the game. We arrived at about 1am in the morning. That stop at Walmart in Gilroy delayed our driving time! (Dang Walmart!
- Sunday we went to San Francisco because Krysten had her dance recital. She danced 6 songs! So on Sunday we drove to Hayward to see her dance.
- Monday drove home. That took up all day but we managed to stop at Oggi's Pizzeria & Brewery for some pizza in Santa Clarita. Santa Clarita is HUGE! Little did we know that it's on the other side of town, opposite of Magic Mountain side.It was east and closer to Palmdale near the 14 fwy!
- Tuesday had a bday celebration w/friends. They comprise of friends from work who scrapbook and or used to be in my dept. I dont scrap with them but still hang w/them. So every month we celebrate the ladies bdays. Enjoying the evening, I totally forgot about Bryce's hula class! (oops, right?)
- Wednesday picked up my parents from SF, headed to Madison school to pick up Bryce from school and off we went to attend Kyle's graduation. I thought about going to work too but that worked out that I didn't.
- Thursday it was Brad (oldest son) high school graduation from Carson High School in Carson. Brother, Sis in law and their kids met up w/us and was ready to go when all the sudden, Bryce (child number 3) didn't feel good. Sure enough, he had a fever of 102. Dave stayed home while I carted everyone to Home Depot Center for the commencement exercises. We ate a late lunch at Old Shanghai restaurant in Torrance. Not bad but it wasnt that good this time.
- Friday plan and prep for grad party. Picked up tables & chairs from rental place. Ran to stores to get everything together for the party. Bought last minute items. Friday night, Bryce's fever was gone and he's back to himself. My sister and I folded potstickers into the wee hours of the night.
- Saturday was graduation party for Brad & Kyle. The boys and I decorated the house. When 2pm hit, everything just sped forward and before I knew it, the Taco people were here, I was just about done w/cooking the potstickers. We had a full house! Unfortunately, during the party Kurt got a fever. My SIL watched him and held him the whole time to keep him calm. Everyone left around 9pm. Cousin and his fiance arrived at my house at 11pm after a long drive from San Diego. We talked until 6am Sunday.
- Sunday tired from the party but cleaned up and was watching Kurt and checking on his temperature. His fever finally broke at about 8pm. 9:30pm, Kurt was back to his normal self...(whew!)
- Monday worked from home to make sure Kurt was ok. Dropped Bryce off at Tom Hick's Baseball camp and dropped Kyle off to Redondo High baseball camp. Was falling asleep behind the wheel. Went to bed at 10pm. I never go to bed that early!
- Tuesday..back to work...finally breathing...took Bryce to hula and finally am able to download all the pictures from baseball championship game, Krysten's dance recital, both graduations & grad party...
